Works Very Well and Super Reliable Real Time Alerts for Leaks.
Incredible item. Setup could be a tad bit easier and I feel that the manual is written by a chimpanzee and could be streamlined in a better way so as to make the set up much more intuitive and seamless. That being said once you know what they’re talking about in the manual, the set up goes very quickly and easily. The product itself is top notch it already saved us with a leak in our upstairs HVAC furnace. Our home has two HVACs and we had a new humidifier installed on one of the HVACs and we wanted to ensure the new install wasn’t dripping. So I set one of the 4 Govee detector node under the humidifier and as soon as a few drips of leak happened the unit immediately alerted me on my phone in real time. I LOVE how responsive and reliable it is and it did the job excellently that I purchased it for. Not to mention that this node was easily at least 75 feet away from the wifi bridge. Even then it caught the leak and relayed it to my phone within seconds. Very impressed and Highly recommend it.

They work well, easy set up
Anyone who has had water damage to their home can appreciate that alarms like these may help save thousands in damage and repairs. These work great. They are loud (which is a good thing), and their text/email warnings are awesome. The range is good. My house is 2.5k sq ft, and the connection is strong all the way out into my garage. They were also reasonably easy to setup. As with all wireless utilities (alarms, lights, thermostats, etc…) be sure to put these on an isolated 2.5ghz network. Devices like these can be hacked, making your network vulnerable. So set up a separate network for such devices as a best practice.

Easy App instructions and nice design.
I went directly to the QR code and followed instructions using my cell phone, I did not need the small manual included, though I glanced through it and it seemed to be written in a decent format. I tested each one using a small plate of water and all 6 worked flawlessly. Each were easily identifiable using the app and I’ve been able to monitor the battery life of each one. during testing each sounded loud enough for my 2400 Sq foot home to freak me out if one should ever go off. I would buy these again. They seem of high-quality with a nice design. I had all six ready to go within 15 to 30 minutes. I cannot speak to the long-term durability. I’ve had them all monitoring sinks and the kitchen dishwasher for about a week now. I reviewed four or five other detectors on Amazon and none had perfect reviews, including this product. Govee is known for easily getting started so I decided to go with this product. I am happy I did.

I highly recommend this item. We were struggling for over a week trying to locate water infiltration. The unit was very easy to set up and within 3 hours all the alerts went off allowing us to detect where the damage was . I’m telling everyone that this is a must have for all households.
