These little water detector disks work GREAT. They are super loud, but can be adjusted to a lower volume if neccessary. I would order two packs. You need more than you think. Put one under each bathroom sink, the kitchen sink, , under your washing machine, next to your hot water heater, under your fridge (if you have the water line going to it for ice) and under the dishwasher. You will need to remove your base plate/kick plate to do this, but soooooo worth it to discover a leak you may not otherwise see.(Some dishwashers leak under the unit and some leak into the unit. You won’t likely know what yours will do UNTIL it leaks. Save yourself the trouble and just slide one of these little disks under there.) It is very sensitive to the least amount of moisture.Be sure to keep the ‘guitar pick’ it comes with, as this is the best and easiest way to open the base for the battery.Would absolutely order again, and I actually think this would make a great gift for anyone moving into a new home or new apartment. Inexpensive but saves you money to discover leaks before they damage wood cabinets, flooring and possibly ceilings as well.

Its amazing. It function automatically and detect water leak. The alarm is loud. No wifi needed just install the battery. Very handy design and easy to place underneath. I placed it under the sink and other places where possible leakage. The quality is good and reasonable price for 5 pieces.

Great value price is reasonable and they do work exceptionally well. The alarm is loud enough where I can hear it upstairs. If you don’t have one in your basement you should get one because it can protect a lot of property.

These function as intended in letting you know of a leak. I placed them under RV bathroom and kitchen sink and under the toilet. I had a tiny leak that set off alarm. The alarm quality was excellent and probably saved me $$$ in repairs as I about I would have noticed such a tiny leak until damage to the floor and wall. It is a great water detector and instructions are excellent. A great value for money.

Some Pro Tips to make these work great!
Yep they work! I had some condensation build up in my travel trailer and this thing went off annoying loud! I didn’t have a leak but it was enough to pick up the water and let me know it was there. I did NOT use a hub or the like, just using these things stand alone. Here are a few pro-tips to get the most out of them:1. This goes without saying, but keep track of the batteries. These things do NO good if the batteries are dead.2. Put them at the lowest point you can. Water ALWAYS finds a way and figures its way out to the lowest point. This will make sure that even if the leak occurs in some place you didn’t expect and takes some strange route, you’ll still get alerted.3. Don’t put velcro or the like on the bottom to hold them in place. This can mess with the sensor. You can strap them down over the top, but don’t block the sensors. I saw this happen once and the sensor didn’t alert until the water was actually deeper because the velcro lifted it off the floor some. Just not worth it.Good luck and I hope this helped!
