This little gadget is great. Lately, I have been experiencing episodes of my heart racing for no reason. It’s extremely scary, and I’ve been to the doctor and the ER. I’m very glad to have this around. It’s really useful for when you’re sick – you can easily check your oxygen levels and know whether you need to head to the doctor over them or not. An unexpected plus, too, is that I’ve found it helpful for when I’m having major anxiety of any kind – I find being able to pop it on and see that my heart rhythm and oxygen are normal, and that actually helps me calm down a little more, like I’m not so bad off. Anyway, I think it’s just a very useful addition to a person’s first aid and personal care toolbox.
