I good to have when your health is in decline..
The ESPOO Pulse Oximeter is very easy to use and keeps me on track when I exceed my daily limits. I’m 64 and sometimes I still act as if I were 50. Sometimes I might get a small headache, so I use the Pulse Oximeter to monitor my pulse rate and blood oxygen leves. Helps me determine when it’s time to call it quites for the day. Excellent buy. This is my 2nd finger pulse oximeter, I lost my 1st one while traveling.

I’m generally quite impressed. For the price point, it delivers on its core promise of providing quick and easy-to-read blood oxygen and pulse rate readings.The setup is literally foolproof. You just slip it on your finger, press the single button, and within seconds, the bright, multi-directional OLED display lights up with your SpO2 and pulse rate. The display is clear and easy to read in various lighting conditions, which is a huge plus. The device itself is incredibly lightweight and comes with a string to keep up with it, making it truly portable. The battery life also seems excellent.In terms of accuracy, it feels consistent. When I’ve compared it to other, more expensive oximeters at my clinic, the readings have been within a very acceptable range. It gives me the confidence I need to monitor my oxygen saturation during intense cardio sessions.So, why not 5 stars? My only real complaint is its sensitivity to movement and cold fingers. To get a stable, accurate reading, you need to be fairly still. If you’re walking around or shivering, the device will often fail to get a reading or will flash an error signal. Similarly, on days when my hands are particularly cold, it can take a bit longer to lock on, and sometimes I have to warm up my fingers first. It’s a common issue with many consumer-grade oximeters, but it’s worth noting.Overall, this is a fantastic, affordable, and highly portable oximeter for the average person who wants to keep an eye on their vitals. It’s not a medical-grade device for continuous monitoring during intense activity, but for spot checks at home, at the gym, or while traveling, it’s more than up to the task. A great value that I would recommend.

Tried it the first day I got it and LOVE it! Recently having Covid for the first time is really why I bought this. It would’ve been nice to monitor my oxygen level just to see where it was at and with me aging I feel it is an important tool to have on hand.
