Easy to use and cleans well. Love the docking feature!
It was so easy to set up and worked right away. Plug and play. Remote functions great but the app is fun to use and easy to set up. I like how it cleaned the edges in my kichen and grabbed all the food and cat hair floating around. It maneuvered under my table and chairs well. It’s pretty quite, I let it go and forget it was cleaning. I mostly use it for the kitchen but have used it in the living room on the carpet. I was happy it knew not to tumble down the stairs and seemed to get to almost all the placed that needed to be vacuumed. It came with 2 instruction books. One for the vacuum and one for setting up the app. The self docking feature is nice, no need to pick it up and put it away.

Awesome vacuum. Wish it came with a night light but works fantastic. It feels like a pet to me lol floors squeaky clean i can walk barefoot in my house and socks and feet won’t be dirty. Love it

It’s ok
It cleans well but you have to keep an eye on it or it will keep running into the wall. Also, the remote really does not work, but it saves me time and it does clean when you make sure that you are guiding it.

recently purchased this wet and dry robot vacuum, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Sometimes it’s just too hard to constantly vacuum and mop hard floors. But I will never go back to carpet so this this has been a tremendous help! Long battery life and not loud at all. I love that it’s 2 in 1. Saves me a lot of time, and is a life saver if you have messy pets!

Doesn’t keep mapping, consistently get stuck
This machine might work well if you have a totally empty room! I’ve had it stuck more times than it’s cleaned. It doesn’t know to leave an area once it’s been cleaned. it’s cleaned under 1 chair 15 times, under the coffee table 10 times (consistently) because it keeps going back to the same dam area it has already cleaned. I moved the base so it would do the living room floor and stop going to the kitchen but, still goes into the kitchen and gets stuck between the wall and chair OR under the kitchen cabinet. It has yet to make its way down the hallway or clean anything than along the couch in the living room. It’s like it wants to get stuck every time in the kitchen! Unless you have time to sit and watch it to get it un-stuck, non-stop then, you’ll have to pick all your furniture up to leave a clean path and hope it doesn’t get stuck under a cabinet. Ugh… this was a useless Christmas present given to my elderly father. Other than it dropping the pine-sol scent and making the house “smell clean” it WON’T clean your floors!
