I love this chair! It was quick to put together and feels sturdy and supportive. The mesh back keeps me cool during long work hours, and the seat cushion is surprisingly soft and comfortable. Perfect for a home office setup — looks sleek, rolls smoothly, and gives great back support. Definitely worth the price and makes sitting at my desk so much better!

Easy assembly and great lumbar support for a home office
I’m very happy with this NEO CHAIR as a budget-friendly upgrade for my workspace. Assembly was straightforward and took me less than 30 minutes, and the included tools were actually decent quality. The breathable mesh back is a standout feature, as it keeps me cool during long work sessions, and the built-in lumbar support provides a noticeable improvement in my posture compared to my old basic chair. I also appreciate the flip-up armrests, which allow the chair to tuck completely under my desk to save space when I’m not using it. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the seat cushion is a bit firm; while it’s supportive, I think a slightly thicker foam would make it more comfortable for 8-hour days. It’s a sturdy, well-designed chair that offers a lot of premium features without the premium price tag.

My NEO office chair is perfect.
I really like it, now that it’s put together and I can sit in it, raise or lower it or even spin it around. For me, very close to 96 years old, it took a lot of hammering to get the wheels in and to make other parts fit together. But it got done and it looks and works just fine. I’ve always been a “builder” it’s quite satisfying to sit in this attractive and useful chair. Mine is black and looks perfect in the room I call my computer room. (I have a very “iffy” relationship with computers.)

Better than expected for the price
My decades old simple office chair finally broke due to its old age. I wanted a simple and reasonably priced home-office chair for computer desk. When I saw this chair with a large number of good reviews at such a low price, I wanted to try it.Out of package, my first impression was that it looked plasticky and cheapy. The mesh back support looked flimsy as well. To be honest, I have purchased many office chairs in the past, but this chair was the lowest priced one.It’s fairly easy once you figure out how each component goes to where; the pictorial doesn’t give you the clear understanding initially. Before you start to assemble, align each part to a mating part to have a good picture in your mind before you put the screws into it. Some holes are angled slightly because the contour of mating component.Take out screws marked A, B, C and insert into the proper holes (need to see the pictorial) if they go smoothly by hand (or using the included Allen Key tool) without forcing too much first to find out whether screws are stripped or defective. I find screws are properly made and sized correctly.The armrest to the back support assembly is the most critical part and needs to be carefully assembled because of angled and contoured mating between the armrest and the back support. Insert screw at the bottom of the armrest first by hand then the top. If you put the top screw first, the bottom screw may not go smoothly because of the angled screw mounting hole. Once the armrest is attached to the back support, it should be easy to attach the subassembly to the seat and the rest. It would have been better with washers for the armrest to the seat for durability and strength. I would suggest the seller to add 4 more flat washers in the package for this purpose.The wheel stem is very tight to the base, and you have to apply some force to insert them into the base, but it will go.Once the chair is assembled, the whole chair seems and feels sturdy and stable without any flimsiness, wobbliness or unstable feeling. The base feels strong enough to support normal weight and wheels roll nice and smooth on the floor.Here are some design flaws in terms of comfort and ergonomic design features: 1. Armrest is so low and fixed, therefore it’s useless as armrest. There is no way for any adult to rest arms. It can be used only as a hand rail to get up or move the chair. 2. Seat is rather small. I have short legs but my knee-caps are way beyond the edge of the seat. 3. The tilt is hard and very limited even though the tilt adjust is at the maximum. 4. Back support is forcing you to sit straight or even slightly forward without much lumbar support. 5. The screws are exposed on the back support enhancing the cheapy look. It certainly could have been covered by a little push-in plastic caps for better aesthetics. 6. The seat attracts lint easily.For the positive: 1. Wheels are smooth 2. Height adjustment seems to work smooth up and down without problem 3. I liked the locking mechanism on the height adjustment.In summary, this is a functional basic swivel rolling chair for short duration computer tasks and meeting room uses. It may not be suitable for all-day sitting due to not-so-cushiony seat, useless armrest, and limited back support tilt. I had a little doubt for the quality and functionality of this chair when I saw the price, but I didn’t want to spend 100’s of dollars for a home-office chair. This may not be the best comfortable rolling swivel chair, but for the price it’s better than I expected. I give 4-stars mainly because of reasonable functionality for the price.

No venía con un manual para armarla y cuando me siento en la silla no es muy estable, sus ruedas no funcionan bien y además tenía como detalles de uso. No la recomiendo, por un poco más pueden tener mejor silla.
