How did we get started?

Founded in 2013, we had a vision of bringing the cafe experience home, but without the clunky equipment. We launched our first product, Duo, on Kickstarter.

Which product put you on the map?

Our iconic Stagg Pour-Over Kettle in 2014. 2 years later launched Stagg EKG, which has become the gold standard of electric kettles, used by champion baristas & home brewers alike.

What does the future look like?

With over one million customers, we will continue to stay true to our roots of designing each product as a complete reimagination and taking as long as it takes to get it right.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY COFFEE: Aiden drip coffee maker with thermal carafe serves as your personal barista, perfecting temperature control, coffee-to-water ratios, and a built-in bloom cycle to achieve results you’d only expect at a cafe. You will taste the difference.
EFFORTLESS ONE-BUTTON BREWING: Treat guests to double-take worthy coffee with the press of a button. For even more convenience, a drip-stop filter basket prevents mess while a removable water tank pops out for easy refilling at the sink.
SINGLE SERVE + BATCH BREW: 10 cup coffee maker capacity has interchangeable single serve and batch brew baskets and a dual shower head for even water distribution across all volumes. Seamlessly brew one to 10 cups of coffee without compromising quality or taste.
CLEVER FUNCTIONALITY: Aiden’s silicone seal protects cabinets from steam damage, while the discrete cord wrap keeps countertops tidy. The heat-retentive thermal carafe ensures your coffee stays warm for hours, wherever you enjoy it.
SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE: Schedule brews for when you want them ready—not when they start. Set it for 7 AM, and Aiden ensures it’s brewed right on time.

This Auto-Drip Actually Makes Pour-Over Quality Coffee
Look, I’ve been doing the manual brewing thing for over 8 years now. AeroPress, V60, French press, Moka pot, Chemex, Stagg… you name it, I’ve probably dialed it in at some point. I was that guy who thought auto-drip machines were for people who didn’t really care about coffee. Then life threw me a curveball. We hosted Thanksgiving this year for the first time, and suddenly I had four additional coffee-drinking adults in my house for four days. I was making 6 pour-overs a day, every day. And we’ve got an 8-month-old now, so time isn’t exactly abundant. Those morning pour-overs that used to feel like a peaceful ritual? They’d turned into just another thing on the list. My wife has tried learning the technique, but she always says “it’s never as good as yours,” so I end up making two separate brews every morning. That’s about 10 minutes of my morning, every morning, just standing there pouring water in circles.I’d heard about the Fellow Aiden but honestly never gave it serious consideration. How could a machine replicate what I was doing by hand? But after that Thanksgiving marathon, I started thinking maybe there was a better way. Now that I’ve had it for a few weeks, I’m genuinely annoyed I didn’t pull the trigger sooner. Here’s the thing that got me: the taste is actually there. I was so skeptical about this, but the coffee coming out of the Aiden tastes like a proper pour-over. The bloom cycle, the temperature precision, the even extraction… it’s all happening, just without me having to stand there managing it. I dial in our morning setup (900ml, 53g of our light roast), measure the beans, drop in the filter and grounds, hit start, and walk away. Thirty seconds of effort instead of ten minutes, and the cup tastes just as good as what I was laboring over. The quiet brewing is a huge deal with a baby in the house. I can start a pot at 6 AM without worrying about waking her up. It’s not totally silent, but it’s way more subdued than I expected from a drip machine. And honestly, it just looks good sitting on the counter. Fellow clearly cares about design, and everything about this machine feels intentional. The interface makes sense, the carafe pours cleanly, the build quality is solid. You can tell they sweated the details. But here’s what really sold my household on it: the guided brew modes. My wife actually uses them and makes her own coffee now. She’s stoked about it, and I’m no longer the only person in the house who can make a decent cup. She’s not dependent on me anymore, and that’s been a game-changer for both of us. Whether she wants a single cup or I need to brew a full pot, the machine just handles it. There’s an app too if you want to get nerdy with settings, but honestly the controls on the machine itself are so intuitive I barely use it.I guess what I’m saying is this: if you’re committed to the manual brewing life and have all the time in the world, keep doing your thing. But if your life has gotten busier (kids, hosting, just wanting your mornings back) and you’ve been holding out because you don’t want to compromise on taste, the Aiden is worth looking at. It’s not replacing those Saturday mornings when I actually want to slow down and do a proper pour-over. It’s replacing the weekday mornings when I just need good coffee without the ceremony.I wish I’d bought this thing a year ago.

It’s incredible. My favorite part of every morning!
I’ve been using the Aiden every morning for a few weeks.. It just makes really good coffee. Like, noticeably better than my pourover setup from before. Clean, smooth, not bitter, and super consistent. I don’t have to babysit it or overthink anything, which I appreciate. The brew settings tell you exactly how much coffee to grind, and the water tank adds the right amount of water as well – plus the temperature is set for optimal brewing based on preference of light, med or dark brew. SO many more options than just dumping in coffee grounds and guessing the amount of water like a normal drip machine. It also looks great on the counter and doesn’t feel cheap or plasticky at all. Setup was easy, and once I figured out my grind + amount, it’s been on autopilot.Only (minor) thing to know: no hot plate. So if you brew a full pot and let it sit, it’ll cool down faster than a traditional coffee maker. Not a huge deal for me since I usually drink it right away, but worth mentioning. Lots of people recommend a thermal carafe if that’s an issue for you.Overall, if you care about how your coffee tastes and want something aesthetically pleasing, this thing’s worth it.

Everyday game-changer for my morning coffee
The Fellow Aiden has quickly become the best part of my morning routine. I’d suggest for a casual coffee drinker who still cares about taste with a drip machine. The coffee quality is good enough that you really notice the difference in your cup.The coffee tastes rich, smooth, and consistent every time, without needing any barista-level skills. Cleanup and daily use are simple enough that it never feels like a chore, which makes it easy to actually enjoy great coffee every day.Pros:Very easy to use.Consistently makes smooth, flavorful coffee that is a notch above basic drip.Brew options and controls are thoughtful and functional.Sleek design and well built. Looks great on the counter. Might need to upgrade my other appliances to match. The carafe keeps coffee hot for a good stretch without turning it harsh or burnt-tasting.Cons:On the higher budget range for drip coffee, but worth it IMO!

I have been wanting this brewer since its release and finally pulled the trigger! After the first brew, it has transformed my coffee workflow and makes great tasting coffee as advertised. I am pleasantly surprised at the feature set and over build quality of the machine. Fellow makes amazing coffee products and this is no exception. Highly recommended for sure!

The coffee machine itself is very sleek and has an abundance of brew options. However, for the price of this machine, you’d think you’d get longer than 45 mins of hot coffee. There’s no hot plate to keep it warm unlike my old $50 coffee maker which kept it warm for 2-3 hours, and the carafe does not do a good job at insulating. Huge disappointment for the money spent on this.

Alright, so I’ve been a die-hard French press guy for years, but I finally decided I wanted something I could set and forget without sacrificing quality or control. Enter the Aiden coffee brewer. This thing absolutely delivers. The settings, the level of control—you can really dial in the perfect cup just like with a French press, but without the hassle. Plus, the community around it is super helpful if you want to tweak your brew. And yeah, it looks pretty sweet on the counter too. Solid upgrade.
