This is the second echo show I have purchased. I bought the very very first model that came out and now this one. Somehow it is far less accurate in answering questions then the original model. If I’m not asking what time it is or what the weather is the answer is typically “I don’t know.” My original model, the very very old one, I could ask all the time who is this celebrity or what song is this or who won WrestleMania and it would give an answer within 2 seconds. This new model takes longer to answer and as I said it hardly ever gives an answer. Connectivity and the setup was simple and easy. It looks okay but it is very very small. I can’t really tell what time it is when the screen lock comes on without being really close. Seems to be durable and of good quality. I mean price wise if it worked like it was supposed to it would be well worth the money but honestly it’s track record for me is poor. It plays music well, but it is not very loud. Honestly if you are looking for something very small I would get a DOT, they are louder and seem to function better. Or I recommend getting a model that has a bigger screen. My original echo plays music loud enough to where I can hear anywhere in the house. This one is loud enough to hear a room away
