Good Robot Vacuum
The VIPSUN Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo cleans well for the price and makes everyday floor care easy. It can miss bigger tougher messes, but it’s great for simple, regular cleaning for the cost.

Good little machine for the price
For the price, it’s doing exactly what I wanted it to do. It does a light sweep type vacuum which is good because we have several area rugs and it’s doesn’t suck so hard that it gets stuck in the rugs. It even went around my Christmas tree skirt without issue. It went under my bar stools pretty well and cleaned around the edges where the dust and per hair hang out. Haven’t tried the mopping yet and probably won’t even use that. Definitely good if you have mostly hard surfaces with low pile rugs. It does go back and forth kinda like it’s drunk so it’s entertaining to watch. My dogs didn’t re have an issue with it.

Decent performance, but right wheel error made it unusable.
I am returning this robot vacuum due to an ongoing issue with the right wheel. The vacuum repeatedly beeped and indicated there was something wrong, but after checking multiple times, I could not find anything stuck or obstructing it. I used a flashlight and even an air duster to clean it thoroughly, but the issue continued.When I referred to the manual, it was very vague and did not clearly explain how to troubleshoot or remove the wheel. The Amazon product information also instructed me to refer back to the manual, which was not helpful.Overall, I did like the vacuum. It worked well for minor, everyday cleaning and I did not expect it to replace deep cleaning. It picked up debris reasonably well, though not perfectly, which I was fine with. However, it often failed to return to the home base unless I placed it directly in front of it, which was disappointing.Despite these issues, I would have been willing to keep the vacuum if not for the persistent right wheel error and the lack of clear repair guidance. The constant beeping and inability to resolve the problem ultimately led me to return it. 🙁

It cleans thoroughly, picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem, and navigates around furniture without getting stuck.
