Where has this tea kettle been all my life?I’ve had many electric tea kettles, and none with the with this quality.The first thing I like about is the large spout, which contains no plastic. It provides a very easy, smooth pour, unlike my last electric kettle, which had a tiny spout and took forever to pour.The next thing I like is all the controls are visible, intuitive, and easily accessible.The third thing I like about it is how quickly it heats water – very little waiting around.In sum, excellent product, I would buy it again, and I would recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a high-quality electric kettle.

Kettle works great! Boils water fast, variable temperature settings are a must have feature. Depending on your water quality, some hard water deposits do build up on occasion but one wash with vinegar and warm water cleans it out perfectly. All you have to do is add a cup of white vinegar and let it sit for 5 min or add a mix of one cup vinegar and one cup water and boil on lowest temp and the kettle looks new, wash with dish soap and water. If you want to neutralize the vinegar odor add baking soda to the vinegar as you’re washing out the vinegar.The kettle does have one design flaw: bottom of kettle where the glass meets the base has a plastic or glue that starts to visibly deteriorate after 6 months. Communication with the company on the warranty first got a response that this product is out of warranty because the warranty is only a 6-month warranty. After messaging them through Amazon that it hasn’t even been a year they agreed to replace it with a new one and they did. Responsive customer service. Warranty info is confusing, the company website under FAQ says “Every product comes with a warranty of 1 year. If you register your purchase, you will automatically extend your warranty for one additional year!” Yet, the packaging includes a flyer that would indicate a 6-month warranty because it says “Scan the QR to “Extend your warranty from 6-months to 1 year”.

Best pot of tea ever!
This electric kettle works wonderfully! I received it quicker than I thought I would. Hot water is ready in less than 3 minutes. The infuser is just what I wanted too. I can use anything from fresh fruit to dried hibiscus and it’s always come out perfect!

Nice kettle/infuser, could be better
Pros: nice to look at, well built, heats up quickly, infuses well (I put loose tea in a bag before putting into the infuser so it’s easier to clean up), temperature control is niceCons: the volume of the beeping. And the beeping for everything (buttons, removing the kettle, turning it on, turning itself off). Biggest con for me is when it’s done reaching the set temperature it turns itself off. You have then go and set it to maintain a certain temp for 30 minutes. (It does beep to tell you it’s off). It’d be much better if it defaulted to staying hot for 30 minutes after reaching your set temperature

It does say 120V in the info but not always noticed as why would we on Amazon.co.uk most would assume all electrical items sold by amazon in the UK would be 230V. If it said that at the top ” Not Suitable for UK Power supply” i would not have bought it!

WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I purchased this item last year for $100, and always washed it by hand. The plastic piece on top is just glued together and overtime doesn’t have a good seal. Water gets inside and molds with no way to clean it. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement piece as the kettle works perfectly and you’d expect more than a year of use from it. They do not want to replace it or let me buy a new part! They want me to buy a whole new kettle which is now $250. You’d think with the increased profit margin they could afford to replace a small plastic part. Not impressed.
