Not what I thought
Revision: the ring did not work for two days. Finally, under the sleep category, there was a?. It indicated that it did not record anything under sleep and said to reset the ring through the app.I did that and the following day is started to give me sleep data. So I am changing my review and I’ll keep you posted if anything else changes.Got it to track sleep and it’s not tracking my sleep at all. Had it on for two nights now and nothing. It seems to be tracking other things, and I don’t know how accurate it is, but it certainly is not tracking my sleep. There’s no number for customer service and no one to call. And of course, trying to get in touch with anyone else, it’s all automated so you have no one to talk to. So based on that, no I absolutely do not recommend it as a matter of fact, I’m probably returning it.

Foreign App – Ring is THICK
The app is foreign – I do not trust downloading it on my personal phone. I did download the app on an old phone – ring seemingly works as far as BP and heart rate. Makes you log in/create an account. Just hate the app/setup. The ring itself is huge (thick in the band width). I found it uncomfortable to wear and seemed to pinch my skin when my finger was bent. Did not like it or wear it – had to return.

Doesn’t work just stops connecting to the app is not accurate at all and only “tracks” sleep whenever I’m wearing my Apple Watch. Wouldn’t buy again.
