Not too bad
I purchased the Shark RV2400WD IQ 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop for my home. The LIDAR mapping is accurate, covering my 800 sq ft space in about 20 minutes, and the Matrix Clean grid ensures thorough coverage. Sonic Mopping scrubs hard floors effectively, tackling stains well, and the 100x per minute scrubbing is a standout. It’s quiet, great for my noise-sensitive dog, and the self-cleaning brushroll handles pet hair decently on hard floors. Alexa compatibility makes scheduling easy. However, it struggles on carpets—pet hair gets embedded, and it leaves debris along walls and corners. The SharkClean app is buggy, often unresponsive, and there’s no self-emptying base, so I’m emptying it frequently. It also gets stuck under low furniture. Good for hard floors, but not ideal for heavy carpet or pet owners.

Life is so much easier
I was skeptical at first but this is one of my absolute favorite purchases. I work a lot of hours and my off time is precious to me. This unit does a great job and is easy to set up and operate. You can set it off to clean by appointment or remotely while you are at work from the app. It cleans my place in about 35 minutes and only uses 30% of the battery each time. If you’re gone and it gets hung up on a cord or something, it will send you a message and let you know. The unit vacuums and then mops and does very well getting pet hair. The mapping is accurate and with the lidar technology it does a great job getting all the corners and along baseboards. I have recommended this to my friends and family and they have also purchased it. It takes very little time to fill the mop with water and mop solution and the mop pad is easy to remove and replace when you need to wash it. My unit came with an extra filter for the vac and two mop pads and a bottle of Shark mop solution, which works very well. My friends can’t believe how clean my floors are using just this unit and a Dustbuster to get in the tight places where the robot won’t fit. If you work a lot and hate doing housework this is far cheaper than a weekly maid service and does an excellent job. Don’t underestimate the vac suction or quality of the mopping. You will be impressed. There is no better deal on Amazon than this unit. Get it.

The best gift you could ever give! If you’re a busy single parent, we’re just have a busy lifestyle. This works fantastic it cleans while you’re at work. We love ours after working 8 to 16 hour days. It’s so nice to be able to come home to a clean house and just relax.

Es difícil ya que no venían instrucciones. La app es medio confusa, entonces me compliqué. Tampoco te viene con el líquido ese que le tienes que echar para trapear, por mientras lo he remplazado por agua natural. El funcionamiento de la aspiradora si son buenos, vino como nueva, en muy buen estado, vale la pena.
