Worth the Money
I was concerned about ordering a TV through Amazon but it came without a scratch. Set up didn’t take long and the picture is 100% better than my previous 10 year old TV.The color of the picture screen is vibrant and the sound clear!

One month later I am satisfied. Very good quality colors and brightness control. Great for gaming in 4K and below resolutions. Free sync support is a great bonus. Can be used as a non-smart tv if you don’t put it online. Sometimes the sound doesn’t come in and it needs to be reset by holding the power button in the remote. Overall great for a room that’s pretty filled with sunlight.

Amber Protection ?
This TV has an outstanding picture quality. The price was competitive and the shipping was fast. UPS knows how to get a big truck in and out of my property without driving on the lawn. Walt’s TV offered a 3 year “Amber Protection” plan. I just paid $25 to recycle a 2 year old Samsung tv so 3 years protection for $30 seemed like a good deal. Fedex delivered my Amber Protection the same day the tv arrived. Amber Protection is a spray bottle of screen cleaner. I wonder if they will send a bottle every year for the next 3 years ? As a graduate of YouTube University, I know that a spray bottle of distilled water and a microfiber towel work just fine. When someone offers 3 years of “protection” for $30……hold on to your credit card. Thank you to Samsung for making a great tv.”Amber Protection” is a good screen cleaner.

Headache!
Warning, the stand is very heavy metal, be careful unpacking. It feel on my foot, very painful.The skin tones are all off, having a terrible time trying to get colors to look good. So disappointed with all the supposed AI color adjustments. Faces are gray, everything is too bright, or too contrasted. I’ve spent an hour trying to get a good balance but it’s not there yet. I can’t get the closed captions to work yet either. Spent several hours downloading and logging into streaming services, but that is to be expected except I thought I was resetting colors to factory and I reset everything, so I am back to square one out if the box set up. So much for plug and play. All the reviews were so great for this tv, I have no idea why, it is a head ache right now.

Buggy motion processing software. Terrible sound.
Great picture quality, as long as you’re watching television. But, if you try watching any of your streaming services or apps on this television, you’ll be disappointed. Samsung still has a problem with their motion processing software, that they have known about for at least 6 years and have done nothing about. The result is random stuttering and dropped frames when watching streaming services, or streaming apps such as Plex. The sound quality is also terrible, sounding like it’s coming from a tin can. Very disappointing, since the 2019 model that I have of Samsung’s 49 inch television doesn’t have the motion processing software bugs, and the sound is so much better. I would send this back for a refund, but I made the mistake of getting rid of the box after watching just television on it for a while…figured there wouldn’t be any video issues with the other functions, so I guess I’m stuck with it. I was a loyal Samsung customer until this incident, and found out they have known about it for years…but are still selling televisions with the issue. No more Samsung for me. I’ll be looking at other brands from now on.
