    Mm… Good!
The shipping was super fast! I bought it mainly for watching films on YouTube and do some simple writing. I don’t play games or do any sophisticated image editing. And I found this Chromebook exactly what I want. It’s 100% Google and as easy to use as a smartphone. The HD display is not as sharp as I expected, but acceptable. I don’t usually have an access to Wifi, so I connect it to my smartphone with a USB cord, and the internet works perfectly well. Many works, including writing, can also be done offline, as I have downloaded the apps I need (though not as many choices as with the smartphone) through Google Play. The 64G memory is a bit tight for me; luckily there’s a SD card slot available for expansion — I am yet to familiarize myself with the use of Google Drive, which some said is the main feature of the Chromebooks. So far, every thing works quite well, no lagging, the sound is good… Simple appearance, easy to use. I am glad I don’t have to spend big money on a high-end product with a whole bunch of capabilities I probably would never use in my whole life.

    Great for school work
Honestly, this laptop is such a vibe for school! I needed something that wouldn’t weigh down my backpack, and the Galaxy Chromebook Go is so thin and light that I barely notice it’s there. The silver finish looks really sleek—not like those clunky ‘school-issued’ laptops—and the battery actually lasts my entire day of classes and homework without me having to hunt for a charger. Since it’s a Chromebook, it stays super fast for Google Docs and having a bunch of tabs open for research. Plus, it connects perfectly with my Galaxy phone, so I can check my texts right on the screen while I’m ‘working.’ It’s definitely not a gaming rig, but for streaming Netflix and getting my assignments done, it’s literally perfect!”

    Don’t bother
I’ve had several Chromebooks and always had very good luck with them. NOT THIS TIME… this thing consistantly freezes up, takes forever to load, loses the wifi connection and all in all is very frustrating to use. I have a stong 100% internet… my TV, 2 cell phones, a desktop, and an Ipad all work fine. This dang thing is crap… worst money I ever spent… Never again will I buy a Samsung product…

    Very nice Chromebook
So far, I really like this Chromebook and it’s been easy to work off of. I find it to be fast enough to where I don’t get frustrated, I am able to get everything I need done on it (I use for work) and the size is good, not too big. I bought a lap desk and this fits perfect on a 15”.The only thing I wish is that it had a back light in the keyboard.

    Good Chromebook
Bought to replace outdated Samsung. This Chromebook was easy to setup and does every thing I need. It is much faster than previous computer. The screen quality is very good. I have not tested battery life. Highly recommend.

Decent Chromebook but not a touch screen like description says
I picked up this Samsung 14 inch Galaxy Chromebook Go as an early Christmas gift for my parents. Overall it works fine for basic tasks and it really is slim and easy to carry. The battery life has been solid and the build feels sturdy enough for everyday use. Performance is what you would expect from a simple Chromebook. Good for email, web browsing, and videos. My main reason for giving it three stars is that it is not a touch screen even though the Amazon description said it was. That was a big part of why I chose this model. It still works, but it feels like a letdown when you are expecting touch input and it is not there. If you are looking for a lightweight Chromebook and you do not need touch, it does the job.
