Has saved me countless times
This is one product I would buy again and again and again. Many times this has saved me my oxygen and pulse drop severely low multiple times a night the alarm on this wakes me up so I can raise my oxygen or pulse depending on the culprit at the time. The recording history is a plus. There is only one downside the app that you download displays the incorrect pulse so the alarm in the app has to be turned off for that since it reads about 200bpm which other app reviews have noted as well. If you’re just using the alarms on the device itself then you’ll be golden as the device itself everything works perfect. The only two things I’d suggest for a v2 of this would be the app fixed and the cord being a little longer since I often switch sides I lay on in my sleep

Large, easy to read with battery issues
I have 3 of your typical SpO2 meters, 2 at home and 1 at work. All 3 show readings very close to my pulmonary doctors’ meters. This meter is as accurate as my other meters plus it is much easier to read.However, at the moment my unit has stopped charging. I have tried several chargers as well as other cables but to no avail. I have stopped using it for long periods of time and have lately only used it to do quick checks since the battery will ultimately die and will become unusable. The return period has come and gone and I did not keep the packaging so I can’t return. All that said the unit is accurate and built like a brick and the data collection seems top notch. I will update my review once I find out if my unit is truly faulty.***UPDATE unit’s battery is now dead and my attempts at getting support have failed. Amazon’s support was worthless since the return date has passed and no response from seller.

Very nice, gives you an oral alarm if your pulse rate is too slow or fast
For some weird reason, my pulse rate measured by pulse oximeter is about half of what you get by measuring by counting. It worried me because I was using inexpensive ones from Amazon, and I wanted to be sure of what my heart rate really was. This one claims to be more accurate; all I know is I got the same low pulse rate on all three of mine, and my friend got in the 70s like hers really is measured at the wrist by fingers. I do know know the source of the discrepancy. Mine is really in the 70s as well, except by a finger pulse oximeter. And I seem to be the only one affected.

Readings are variable
I work in an environment taking lots of oxygen saturations, and I find that this one does not always read well, has a lot of variability, and over time there are different readings on the same person. Person. I tried this on a stationary bike. My own finger again. I don’t trust the readings because the heart rate and the oxygen saturation did not match with the activity. I manually took my own pulse and found it to be different from the reading. I am returning this product because it is not useful for me.
