I didn’t even have to notify building management about a bulky delivery; I could easily get it into the elevator all by myself. It completely eliminates the massive hassle of trying to maneuver a traditional mattress through tight hallways and elevators.Unpacking was also effortless. The moment I cut the plastic, it ‘whooshed’ and expanded into a full mattress. After letting it decompress for a few hours, it was fully fluffed. The whole process was “zero-fuss” and incredibly straightforward.When it comes to comfort, it strikes a great balance between being supportive and soft. Overall, I’d rate it very highly. My only minor complaint is that the edge support is a bit weak; you’ll notice it sinks a bit if you sit right on the very edge.From a cost perspective, this mattress is an excellent value for the money. The price point itself is very reasonable, and when you factor in saving a ton on expensive bulky-item delivery fees and moving costs, it’s incredibly cost-effective. 8″ is not good
I bought the 8″ mattress because the reviews were so good. Unfortunately, looking back at them, the reviews are mostly on the 12 and 14″. This mattress has been out for 2 days now, is 7″ at best and NOT supportive at all. My son thinks it is horrible and says he sinks right down and can feel the bars of the frame. He is 145lbs soaking wet, so this is not an issue of a big person.The ad says free 90 day refund/replacement but when I tried to return it, they want me to box it up! This is impossible! There is no way to get it back into the box!Also, they ship it through USPS, who claimed it was too heavy to deliver. My teen daughter and I went to pick it up from the post office and the workers all stared in disbelief as this little girl carried it out on her own!

Decent for the Price
This Novilla mattress arrived rolled up tightly under compression. After laying it out flat and cutting the plastic seal, it expanded from about 2″ thick to the full 8″ in just a minute. The quality is ok for the price, but it feels cheap compared to a hotel mattress or one that costs several times more. To the touch, the top surface is soft but you can feel the individual springs with your hands when you compress it. It also doesn’t provide a whole lot of edge support. However, it does offer a fairly firm and comfortable night’s sleep if you’re not a really big person.
