Exceptional performance and deal!
Upgraded my 4 year old mesh network to the ORBI 370. Setup was super easy and the performance is outstanding. All my Ring cameras and smart home devices have better signal and runs faster. I would highly recommend!

Easy set up. Fast speeds. Returned TpLink B19000… disaster even with TpLink tech support!
I had an Orbi 50 for years and end of life came about, so looking at various router reviews for system of fast speeds for 3100 sq ft house, there was high praise for Tp-Link B19000 so I ordered it. I’m no expert but I can usually connect electronic devices with no real issues. This stymied me for a couple of hours saying Connected with no Internet? I’m a Spectrum customer so I had a Spectrum tech come out and he was here about an hour saying he finally got it connected and we tested it on my tablet and a tv. He left. A couple of hours later connection went from about 525 Mbps down to a crawl of about 11 Mbps. After restarts that didn’t improve anything, I called TpLink tech support directly. Was was online about an hour having go here, change this, then go there change that, etc., etc. That last a few hours to where watching TV kept halting and watching the dreaded connection wheel go around.

If you need a simple setup mesh network this is for you.
Replacing a netgear 2017 nighthawk that did the job well, but recently struggled with large downloads like Tesla updates or PS5 games. It was time to upgrade and a mesh over a 200sqf house the 370 seemed adequate.Installation is a snap, follow the app prompts and you’re up and running in 10 minutes (literally). The Tesla now updates seamlessly. The only issue so far is the speed test on the app often fails so I use the Speedtest app, but in terms of functionality and ease of setup this is well worth the price.

Good but still a few glitches
My earlier ORBI kept popping on/off-line so I got a current ORBI 373 as a fix, after Spectrum telling me it wasn’t their equipment but still replacing their modem. New ORBI 373 was mostly simple to install, though it took a while to get a steady light (ready) before I could finish install. It brings good strong wifi reach, but I am still getting occasional on/off-line popping. Since ORBI is self-installed, and Spectrum modem is professionally installed and tested, I can only guess it is ORBI’s reliance on non-professional homeowners that may be part of the problem. Most of my devices finally “connected” to the new ORBI wifi though a few devices still can’t find it. Overall, new ORBI 373 is good but I’m still having some glitches.

You might get lucky – I didn’t
Hit and Miss. Big fan of Orbi – but I’m realizing you may get lucky on one model but then not another. My previous Orbi lasted for 5 years a good run – but eventually just stopped working. Replaced it with Orbi 370 Series thinking the price point was worth it. Seemed to be fine for 4 weeks – but lost my ethernet port – since all the Orbi’s are linked via ethernet this is an issue not to mention all the other devices I have on ethernet (printers so on). After exhausting the issue with tech (3 hours of time BTW) determined it had to be the unit at fault. I was told they would contact me for a replacement. Rather than spend time talking about the multiple phone calls and trying to get a replacement – All I can say is Netgear is overloaded trying to keep up with replacements and tech service. This is why so many have said good luck with tech. In my opinion Orbi has grown too fast and not fixed the basic bugs that seem to plague their equipment. I’m moving over to TP-Link – not sure it’s the right call – but their switches have been great and the write ups on their routers look good. Sorry Orbi your tech service and reliability gives you one star on this model.Follow up: just installed TP-Link Deco BE23 Dual-Band BE3600 WiFi 7 Mesh Wi-Fi System. Works great – getting over 940 Mbps over wifi and ethernet. And saved $150.

The new Orbi 370 series is inferior to the original Orbi router and satellite
I ordered the Orbi 370 Series to replace the older Orbi Router Model RBR50 and Satellite RBS50 that I have used and loved for the past 4 years. The new 370 series promised higher speeds, WiFi 7, and WPA3 encryption technology. I knew I wouldn’t get speeds up to 5 Gbps because my internet speed isn’t nearly that fast. What I didn’t know until installing the new Orbi devices is WiFi 7 and WPA3 only work if ALL devices on my network are new enough to support the new technology. This is a home network. I can’t replace every device every year or two. Also, the older Orbis have extra Ethernet ports for wired connections. The Orbi 370 router and satellite do not have extra Ethernet ports, so I had to buy 2 Gigabit Switches. The last straw was the new router and satellite wouldn’t stay connected. The error message said I needed to move the satellite closer to the router. They are in the same places the old router and satellite had been, and where I need them to be for wired connections. I disconnected the new and reinstalled the old Orbi router and satellite.

Works well
Consistent WiFi in all the rooms of the house. They help in the backyard and front of the house too. Easy set up. Helpful customer service if needed. The app works well too. There was an issue with them blocking a family members laptop, but customer service helped resolve the problem.
