I’m very happy with the LongPlus 4K PoE Security Camera System. The picture quality is extremely clear and sharp, even when zooming in, and the 4K resolution makes a noticeable difference compared to standard cameras. Night vision is solid and provides a clear image after dark as well.The sound quality is also surprisingly good. Audio is clear and easy to understand, which adds an extra layer of security. Setup was straightforward with PoE, and the system feels reliable and well built.Overall, this is a high quality camera system with excellent video clarity and good sound. Great images that load instantly!
Set up was pretty straightforward if you’ve done anything like this before. Took a minute to figure out how to turn the camera in the housing to get the picture upright and pointed at the right angle. But you can put these things anywhere and still point the camera any direction you want! Images and video are great. I can see more detail on my phone but it’s very hard to pinch zoom on your phone, especially if you are trying to look anywhere but dead center once you start to zoom. Zooming way easier with a mouse. And the TV i have is only 1080 and will not accept the high resolution of the nvr, so once i upgrade the tv I think i will be able to read license plate #s across the street..we’ll see. The app is better than the lorex system I had ,and the loads instantly. I think this is due to the latest h265+ format it uses. You can double tap any camera and see alive view almost instantly as if the app has been open the whole time. Everything was absolutely plug and play and I’m very happy overall!

Really good product. Good field of view. Basically works right out of the box, as long as your wiring runs aren’t too complicated, it’s plug and play. There are some features that would have been nice, like the ability to view video from alerts but I believe you have to pay for cloud service in order to have this feature. The 5 star rating is because of the excellent response and customer service from Zoey!

Hi everyone first foremost I bought this camera system fews month ago but just install it. The camera work perfectly and the price was great however 1 of the camera didn’t work at all. What got me very disappointed was that Amazon customer service agent when I call them. The agent that handle the call was soon bad give faults claim that he have contacted the seller and that the seller would sent me another one. He told me wait 2 days for them to sent it. I didn’t somehow believe him. When I call back to Amazon another agent said their was no note what so ever. Very disappointing yet I call the seller LongPlus Support Zoey was excellent respond in24 hrs. ZOEY sent me another one. Not only the camera system was good but the customer support agent Zoey was excellent.

So far I am very happy with the unit. I’ve ordered several other brands and returned them for various reasons. Right now it’s been 3 days with the entire system setup. The cameras have metal enclosures which is really nice compared to plastic. The software is very responsive with no lag time. I also like that it did not promt me to use the Internet right away to try and sell me on the cloud service / app etc. I just plugged it in and could use it. In other words it wasn’t pushy. Plug and play. Finally the facial recognition used to automatically start recording (instead of having it recording all the time) has worked perfectly so far. Real test is how it does in the Canadian winters. Only time will tell. For now I couldn’t be any happier.
