Excellent Ergonomic Bluetooth Mouse – Best in Class, Worth the extra monies. Rechargeable.
This is the best mouse I have ever used. I have large hands and I have mild arthritis. This device helps immensely with hand pains. Or rather, it keeps me from hurting when I use it heavily (several continuous hours). Highly recommend, worth the high cost IMO.

Takes time to adjust, but very comfortable once you do
It does take some time getting used to this mouse, but after about a week it started to feel natural. Once adjusted, it’s very comfortable to use and I now prefer it over a regular mouse. It feels well made and works smoothly for daily work. I’m glad I made the switch and really like using it.

A Truly Ergonomic Mouse
Other not completely flat mice claim to be “ergonomic”, but the only way to completely remove stress from your forearm when using a mouse is with a “vertical” mouse. My 2020 K75575WW Kensington ergonomic vertical mouse developed a problem with the left button “stuttering” so that it sent multiple button clicks when pressed just once. I liked the Kensington quite a bit. But it always just a little bit on the “not quite as solid as I would like” side, and failing after just 2.5 years confirmed this. So I wanted a more solidly build mouse.A search for “ergonomic mouse review” showed that the Logitech MX Master 3S was clearly the best ergonomic mouse available. At $100 it was several times more expensive as others including the latest Kensington vertical mouse. But sometimes furgal doesn’t mean the least expensive. Sometimes it can mean the most expensive if that comes with better performance, features and lifespan. So I ordered it. And while it is indeed an incredible mouse, the angle is only about 20 degrees. The result is that while there is some reduction in forearm stress compared to a flat mouse, it wasn’t enough for me. By the end of my very long days driving my mouse almost as much as I drive my keyboard, I could feel the tension building up in my forearm. So after a week I returned it and bought this Logitech MX Vertical. It is slightly less expensive than the MX Master 3S, but still much more expensive relative to other options. And while it is lighter and a little less substantial feeling in my hand than the MX Master 3S, it still feels very firm and solid. Most importantly keeps my hand in the neutral position with my fingers at about 70 degrees. A great feature of the MX Vertical shares with the MX Master 3S is the thumb rest. The Kensington didn’t have this and so my thumb rested on the desktop. If it was a bit warm and my hands would sweat my thumb wouldn’t slide smoothly and I would have to lift my thumb off the desk when I went to move the mouse. Not a horrible thing, but if you spend 8+ hours mousing around it gets tiresome. The button clicks are crisp. Best of all when the button bottoms out it feels like it is pressing against the case. It doesn’t feel like travel is being limited by the switch itself bottoming out like the Kensington felt like it did. My hope is that this will keep the switch from wearing out so fast as happened with the Kensington. One slight negative of the MX Vertical is that I don’t feel like I am quite as accurate in being able to move the cursor to a specific spot on the screen without some amount of conscious effort. Instead it doesn’t go exactly in the direction I intended and overshoots where wanted it to stop. As such it might not make the best mouse for video games. [UPDATE: There is a bit of a learning curve in moving the mouse accurately. In the last couple weeks my need to make a more conscious effort to move the mouse to a specific spot on the screen is going down. Still think it is likely to not be as accurate as a flater mouse]

Pretty good with one small caveat
I purchased this mouse, after years of using the Evoluent vertical mouse. In my opinion the Evoluent is still the best ergonomic mouse on the market by far. Despite being pricy, I bought two – one for work and one for home. Unfortunately, mine is a Mac household, and Evoluent has pretty much given up on the Mac people. It started a few years ago when they put an announcement on their website that they needed to update their driver for the latest Mac OS upgrade. According to them, they had emailed Apple a few times to secure a developers kit but weren’t receiving any response. They pointed everyone to a third party driver they could use in the meantime. After a couple years, and a couple more Mac OS upgrades, the third party driver no longer works. I now own two very expensive paperweights. The message remains unchanged on Evoluents website. Apparently they’ve never heard of telephones.Anyway, having had wrist issues in my mouse hand for years, I had to go hunting for a replacement. I tried a couple of different ergonomic mice before settling on this one. It’s actually very good, which you can consider high praise coming from an Evoluent guy. With these ergo mice, the angle is key. Some of the others I played with didn’t seem to have the proper angle. The MX, on the other hand, feels just right. It’s got a good weight to it and feel comfortable in my hand. This model is supposedly designed for a larger hand, which mine is, so no complaints in that department. The angle feels correct and does the job. I’m also happy that Logitech apparently has Apples phone number, because they don’t appear to have any problems keeping their driver updated. The app you download to configure the mouse does a good job of letting you tweak the various controls. Battery life seems pretty good so far. I like that the MX has an on/off switch to help extend the battery life. The mouse does lose one star however. For those occasions you are moving your cursor across the screen and your mouse comes to the edge of the mouse pad, the Evoluent has a nice indent for the thumb that makes it easy to pick the mouse up and bring it back to center. The MX, however has no such grip assist. Because of the way its angled, you have to grip the mouse hard (at least by comparison) in order to pick it up and bring it back to center. I can see how, if you’re not paying attention and using a strong enough grip, you could drop it. Because of the mouse I’m coming from, it’s a bit of a pain to me when I have to pick the thing up.All this said, the mouse seems to be a solid performer. It’s comfortable in the hand and does what its supposed to do. If Logitech ever does a modest redesign and includes a better grip for mouse lifting, I’ll be happy to give it the fifth star.

Yes, it’s worth it
Before I bought this mouse, I was going back-and-forth in my head. I was like man can it really be worth it? And the answer is yes it can be. I have noticed a huge reduction in strain in my hand. I practically don’t have any anymore. And with my old mouse every so often in my hand would feel like it was cramping or something. So for me, it was definitely worth the purchase. And functionality wise it’s great. It is super smooth. I have three laptops that are over $3000. And I’ll probably buy one for each of them. Sorry I wouldn’t include pictures, but I’m feeling a little bit lazy. But it looks exactly like the photos.

Best on the Market
The Logitech MX Vertical is by far the best mouse I’ve used for long hours at the office. Its ergonomic design really makes a difference I can feel less strain on my wrist and forearm compared to a regular mouse. The shape fits comfortably in my hand, and the buttons are easy to reach without effort. It also feels solid and durable, built to last through daily use. I love the sleek, professional appearance; it looks great on my desk. The ability to switch between three windows seamlessly is a huge productivity boost. Definitely worth it for anyone who spends hours working at a computer.
