FIrst laptop received had a bad speaker, so returned.Purchased same model again because it had the best features for the price.Very fast! 4TB of storage means I can download as much crap as I want for years to come.Speaker placement is bottom front, so on your lap, they can get a little muffled, but minorly.Lightweight for the level of hardware packed in it.Backlit keyboard easy on the eyes for dark room typing.10/10 would purchase again!

Other than it’s obvious lack of a disk drive built in well it is a very good computer and exceeds my expectations though it would be even better if it had a built-in disk drive

Bad product
I buy this laptop and returns it in three days for a refund because it was not working as it was described on the website. But to my surprise i didn’t get my full refund the seller claim that the laptop was not returned in good condition and to be honest this is a liar and Amazon could not do anything about it.

Disappointed
The camera keeps malfunctioning and not working. I’ve had to have multiple support calls with hp with two complete uninstall and reinstall. I’ve had to send if off to hp which took ages. I’ve only had the laptop 2 years. It’s slow, I often get blue screens on start up. Grossly disappointed considering the price!
