Easy Setup, Beautiful Display, and solid performance
I set this up myself and it was a breeze—everything was clearly laid out and intuitive. The 27″ touchscreen is bright, crisp, and spacious, and the system runs quietly and smoothly. It handles my work and creative tasks without any lag, and the wireless mouse included is responsive and comfortable.I’m using my own ergonomic-friendly keyboard with it, which made the transition even easier. The setup feels clean and uncluttered, and the design is sleek without being flashy.A couple of things to note: some users have reported random shutdowns or black screens, even when the power light stays on. I haven’t experienced that myself, but it’s something to be aware of. Also, like most all-in-one systems, upgrading internal parts like RAM or storage isn’t easy—what you buy is what you’ll likely stick with.Overall, it’s a great fit for my needs. Amazon alters computers to provide more memory and make them faster – voids warranty?
Leaving NO stars is not an option – Purchased this computer – it would not start up – keeps saying it encountered a problem. Amazon tells me to contact HP, and if they can’t fix it, Amazon will provide a refund. I call HP ( spend hours on the phone while they try to correct it) . HP says that Amazon altered the computer and voided the warranty – HP told to call Amazon back. Contact Amazon – AGAIN – told to contact HP. What part of “I already did” do you not understand. (catch the issue that I CALLED HP) Amazon wants written confirmation that I talked to them. Now I’m trying to reach HP again – it’s after hours. Guess what I will apparently be doing all day tomorrow? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Love this computer: The view is crystal clear and I have plenty of memory to do what I want. The set up was simple just following the instructions however you keep adding programs as you go. Have only used Dell and HP in the past and no problem with either.

Worst computer ever purchase
I hate it it feels cheap and for some reason the mouse don’t work I changed the battery and still don’t work and when it does it closes my windows that I have open.. I just hate it. The price was too much for something not worth it.
