Why can’t my smartphone connect to the fitness ring?

For first-time use, remove the ring from the battery case and peel off the insulation film. Charge the ring for 5 seconds to activate it. Make sure Bluetooth is on and keep the fitness ring within 1 meter of your phone.

Great quality health tracking ring
I was looking for a health tracking device, and I don’t really like wearing smartwatches or bracelets, so I thought a ring might work better.This ring does exactly what I was hoping by being lightweight and unobtrusive. I forget it’s there as soon as I put it on, which never happened with other devices.It tracks heart rate, steps, blood pressure, O2 levels, and sleeping, which is what I really wanted to see. Once the ring syncs with the app, all your information is there at a glance. Very easy to track your day, week, and month over time. The app has a few translation issues, but it’s quick and accurate.Mostly, I wanted to track all this info with an unobtrusive device, and this ring is perfect for that. I’m wearing a size 11 as a slightly bigger average man.

Step count off
I purchased this ring as a replacement for another smart ring because it has blood pressure monitoring. However there is a discrepancy over step counting. My watch, other smart ring are within 10 steps of each other while this one is a few hundred steps off.Also this ring is more bulky. I feel it more than my other ring. The charging case is great and the fact that you can charge the ring with the cord alone is an added bonus. If the steps were more accurate it would be great, but sadly this will be returned.

Surprisingly solid little fitness ring
I honestly didn’t expect much for the price, but this ring ended up being fire. It fits comfortably, looks clean, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. The app synced instantly and the heart rate + sleep tracking have been way more accurate than I expected. I mainly wanted something to track my calories burned and steps without having to wear a full watch at work, and it does exactly that.Battery life is great too; I’ve been wearing it pretty much nonstop and only have to charge it every few days. The charger is tiny and super easy to use. No subscription fees is a huge W. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable fitness tracker that actually works and doesn’t look goofy on your hand, this one gets the job done. Would definitely recommend.
