Unreliable Battery & Connection, Two Defective Units
I really wanted this ring to work, but it didn’t even make it through a full day. The first unit I received had major battery and connection issues, so Amazon sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the second one failed the same way.Within the first couple of hours of wear, the battery dropped from nearly full to critically low. Overnight, it disconnected and died, only recording about 23 minutes of sleep before shutting down. That’s not normal for a device that’s supposed to track sleep and health metrics.I followed all the setup instructions and wore it properly, so this doesn’t feel like user error. After two rings failing almost immediately, it seems like a quality or reliability issue.The concept and features seem good, but based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend this model. I’d suggest looking at a different smart ring that’s more reliable for sleep and health tracking.
