Great idea, but failed after a year with use in doors on floating shelves
I like the design of this product, as well as the transformer, remote, and couplers. I installed these to accent pieces on indoor floating shelves about 15 months ago. Now, LEDs on the strip is failing in several spots. Ugh! Time to replace the entire system. I have a US manufacturer of LED strips as under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. They are more than 10 years old, and no LEDs have failed.

Put these in my pantry. No problem seeing the entire contents not. Coupled these with Baomain TZ-6 Sealed Limit Switch TZ-6002, and the lights come on when the pantry door is opened!

Very bright soft white (seems true to color)
I like these led strips they seem true to color, however they do still show spots if too close to the wall or ceiling. I found the cob strip instead worked better if too close with no spots showing. These seem good quality and stick once placed

Inexpensive Way to Light Up an Entire Garage and Showcase Vehicles
Using these cleanly-hidden LED Strip Lights in an older garage and they light-up the room with enough light to work on projects and do upkeep on cars without the need for a lot of other lamps.Our ceiling is white, so there’s some great reflection there, plus these don’t use a ton of power so they stay-on throughout most of the day. I’ve been using them for a few months and the warm light is perfect for a cozy feel, without the place looking clinical or like a doctor’s office.They were easy to install and super simple to use with the included peripherals, and they stuck well to the underside of cabinets and top of our molding across one side of the large garage.Full disclosure, I got mine through the Amazon Vine program, but at the current price, I wouldn’t hesitate as these are a great value for the money and are built well — the quality hasn’t wavered once for the last few months, with all the lights firing and staying lit with daily use.I use mine in a warm and dry room, so YMMV if you’re installing them outside or in wet climates, but for indoor use these are 100% worth it and I’d buy again for the cost savings in electricity alone!

Several sections along the strip do not light up. Some at the ends, some mid tape.
