Very impressed with this heater so far!
Central heat/ac went out few years ago, so I’ve gotten very familiar with different heating sources and window/portable a/c units. This is one of the best heaters I’ve used, aside from ventless propane-which I’m hesitant to use when I’m not home.My house is a basic brick, rectangle, about 1200 sq ft, old and drafty in need of a complete remodel(that’s coming hopefully soon). I’m in middle TN, winters are generally mild compared to up north, but we do get some cold snaps. And, 30-35°F nights are still cold regardless of where you are. This heater is sturdy, heavier then most I”ve seen. You’re able to carry it, but it’s got some weight to it. I feel that helps it from tipping over as easily (cat households know what I’m talking about). The heat is almost instant when it comes out. Has 3 fan speeds and 3 heat settings. I’ve found other brands, when you put it on high, the heat is just trickling out; making them more like a big personal heater instead and not blowing it around the room like they advertise. Not the case with this one. When you put it on high, it is putting some heat out and about and actually blowing it. I keep mine set on medium for heat/fan which is H2 and F2, 62°F. You can feel the heat coming out about 2-3 feet away. And when I walk in the house from outside, I can feel the heat is working in the whole living room. I can also feel the heat into the kitchen area as well. It’s maintaining a comfortable temperature.A neat part with this heater also, it swivels side to side and/or up and down with options on different degrees. I have it moving up and down at think it’s 30° just for more coverage. The side to side is different, it’s actual on a swivel at the base underneath, so the whole device moves. Haven’t used that one yet, waiting for the cats to get used to it sitting on the table and making sure they don’t mess with it. And so far, they haven’t messed with it or tried to curl up in front of it.It’s very quiet. I have to physically look at it to make sure it’s on. It has the basic safety features, tip over, overheat, child lock. I used the child lock, the controls are touch sensitive at the front/base. I like that because I’ve had devices with controls at the top and the cats jump on it and shut it off or make it go wonky. Haven’t had an issue with that on this one, but one downside if you’re over 40 and need reading glasses, I have to pick it up and look at the buttons till I”m more familiar with them. Not that big of a deal. Cord or outlet doesn’t get hot on settings I have, just slightly warm. Initially I tried to buy this directly on Dreo’s home page. Amazon was low on stock one day, wouldn’t ship it in time for our first major cold snap. Found a nice coupon code, ordered it, then got message wouldn’t ship it to my PO Box. Went back to amazon, and amazingly they had it ready to ship next day….Anyway, emailed customer service, they were very responsive, within 8 hours. Refund came few days later. They were good. Great heater, wish it wasn’t so expensive. Think I’m going to pick up a 2nd one for my RV. Been using this regularly about 2 weeks now, no issues and very happy with it. Hope it continues! If any issues come up, I will not hesitate to come back and update.

Greatest Whole Room Heater
I bought one . I pulled it out the box and saw the size and thought to myself , whole room heater yeah right. I was wrong heats the room quickly and is very quiet. You can choose to have the heater move up and down and left to right. It switches to just fan mode also. Works so well I purchased another . In my area each morning it’s 30 degrees. These two heaters keep us warm easily.

I think this is the perfect little heater for an RV or a small room in your house
I absolutely love this heater. It is one of the best heaters I have purchased. It blows hard and it moves up and down side to side or you can keep it in one spot. It has a very easy to use controller and heat my entire kitchen. I also took it on a camping trip in my fifth wheel and it made a big difference in low temperatures. You could set it for an exact temperature and you can set a timer on it.

Great heater: lots of output, oscillation is amazing
This heater is small but mighty. With recent record breaking cold in the south, my house heater decided to completely break down, and in desperation I ordered this unit and a far more expensive Dyson. Hands down, this one wins. The oscillation is a fabulous feature, as it can distribute heat nicely across a lot of people, and it puts out a loooot of heat for its size. One of my Christmas gifts haunted it like a fireplace. I feel confident with the safety features – I’ve had Dreo before – and this is one of the top rated units for safety in Consumer Reports. My brother bought one for himself before the weekend was over. I didn’t even have to recommend it – he saw it for himself.

Surprisingly good, even in a large room
Works well and is very quiet. I was surprised that it was able to keep my large bedroom about five degrees warmer than other rooms. The remote is basic, but gets the job done. For those smart home folks out there, realize this is not a model that can connect to an app. It can only be controlled from the remote.

Good heater with one drawback (in my opinion)
It’s good and heats well and the dual oscillating feature is nice. HOWEVER, when using econo mode and it goes to shut off, it ends up blowing 15 to 20 seconds of not warm air. I have it in a small room and have pointing at me. I like the forced, warm air. Having it blow cool air is not okay. Other heaters like this just shut off. I don’t get why it does this. Trying it for a few days but will probably return it since I’m I bought it specifically for the econo mode. To be fair, if is not pointing at you, I don’t think would matter, but I still don’t get the reason for the cool air.

Best heater I’ve ever owned.
This is the best electric heater I have every owned. I’m using this to heat a bed room. The effect was instant. The whole room was warm within a couple minutes. The whole room. The settings can be a little confusing. You want to set it to thermostat mode as soon as you can as opposed to max heat. Left on default settings it actually made my room hot.I recommend setting it about 4 degrees warmer than you want.As with any heater, the air tends to get a bit dry. You’re going to want to pair this with a humidifier in the room. For safety, I would put it at the opposite end of the room.

Worth the price
This little heater kicks a—! It’s hard to use the button panel on the unit itself but using the remote works great. It’s not too noisy. I like the middle setting for sleeping. The timer works well. It’s sturdy and has good output. I have drafty window’s and it really fights the cold air to keep you warm. The best part is probably the rotation options. It’s worth the price.

This is a really solid heater. I’m using it in an unfinished basement, so there’s no walls or rooms, just a situated area where I am. So I aim this thing at me while sitting and working, and it’s perfect. Not too loud, just the right amount of velocity options and keeps me warm while it sits about 5 ft away from me on the floor aiming up on a about 60 degree angle. As for durability, time will tell, but feature wise, and quality wise, I’m very satisfied. Does exactly what was advertised and was worth the premium over the cheaper models.

Works well! Better than a radiator type.

The item was great. The remote was a bit hard to read in low light. However I had to return the item as it was not the smar versionl After contacting Dreo, I found out that the smart model is not available in Canada due to different regulations.
