Best option for business to dual monitor deployment.
Very good quality Hardware inside. Micron dual Channel memory and crucial SSD M2 nvme. Be careful with some other Mini pieces. They’re going to have m.2 SSD but not nvme. I like that the power supply is inside. Just regular “eight” power cord. While DisplayPort is considered better I like that it has two HDMI ports. You can deploy dual screen with affordable monitors. They used to come with 24h2 but now they have 25h2. Still, this is Windows 11 so you really need to understand Network how to make it work. Lots of registry tweaking is needed for Network to work. It’s Microsoft issue. So far this is the best value non-gaming Mini PC. Good for business.

    Great mini PC
I was looking to replace an aging desktop with a Gen1 Ryzen 3 and 1050ti shared between two teenage kids. Saw this and was skeptical at first but took a chance.Glad I did since I got two for less than the price of one PC that runs all the games and apps they need. Neither is in to major graphics games biggest being some medium end Steam games or Fortnite and Minecraft but this is quite powerful is very fast, doesn’t as loud or hot alike the old one.Windows 11 pro is great to have, plus a Ryzen 7 I was looking at for about double the price of just the processor for the old desktop. Saves desk space and the fan runs very quiet even at full speed. Their games and apps all work it’s way faster than the desktop each replaced best part is I think they really appreciate the gift and each having their own computer that can be quite portable too compared to the desktop.Love the SSD drive option, I’ll soon be putting the old SSDs in each of these for extra storage space. The only thing one of the two kids wanted was an RGB fan but I’ll think they’ll be ok without it or worst case I’ll get them an RGB mouse/keyboard.This little PC is a workhorse, it is so good I’m thinking of buying one for myself!

tiny size for the minimalist or space constrained, value, great all around for work, home, student.
Great value for general purpose PC taking up very minimal space. I don’t game at all on this but it will run anything most students/home users/office/business do with plenty of memory for the bloatware that Windows 11 has become and dozens of web browser tabs constantly open. Doesn’t really feel much faster to me than the older 5700U model with 16GB RAM I purchased before as a standard general PC, but 24GB RAM will future proof you and moving to a newer generation of CPU doesn’t hurt.

Solid Minipc that doesn’t break the bank, but assume that if it goes belly up your on your own.
At the time of purchase this was $275 which included and Windows Key. Coming from an IT background this was a solid deal. The brand of the memory and ssd was a bit questionable since its not a mainstream brand which is where the majority of the savings is going to be coming from. Low Tier SSD brands have a higher failure rate compared to the big brands, but regardless you should be relying on some sort of backup. Even mainstream brands can fail. The build quality is fine for the price. The overall shell is a cheapish plastic so I wouldn’t throw it around, but I also wasn’t going to be buying all these parts at this price point. It is currently serving my family member well as an internet browsing and word document PC. They aren’t gaming on this thing or doing any crazy rendering. It functions well as a general use workstation in a small form factor. I’ve bought mini and micros from Dell that are equal in build quality with just as questionable RAM and SSD vendors.

    Best Little PC available!!
This is the perfect little computer to have on your desk. Not high end enough for gaming, but it certainly beats out the low end 8GB laptops that most stores are selling!! And it has the ability to have triple monitors!! Total Winner!!

runs well – But warranty stinks if needed – see updates
Update 3/29/2025 – I finally received the replacement unit which is different model but an equivalent CPU/memory/ssd. I since I had to ship my unit back to get replacement, it took nearly 2 months to get the replacement. Because this is again a “new computer” I requested an extension on my warranty because this one may do like the other unit where after about 6 months started shutting down randomly. They would not give me an extension on the warranty which is disappointing. So far this replacement is working well – just beware of the potential issues if you do need warranty replacement. I now wish I’d purchased the extended warranty from Amazon.Update 2/13/2025 – BeeLink support is great at promising they are sending replacement – but it never gets shipped. I received a message and tracking # – but it has been sitting in China postal service now for 3 weeks (hmmm) I received another email that they are sending one out soon – no tracking #. Now I have sent back the original computer and it has been over a month…. no replacement. (why would they not send replacement from Amazon stock?) I decided to file a complaint with Amazon – very nice person and hoping to either get replacement soon or refund… I will give this a few more days.Update 2/5/2025 – I sent the product back and it was received Jan 16 2025. I was told that I would be shipped a replacement plus a 16meg memory upgrade to offset my cost of the return. The replacement was sent via post office beginning in China – they sent me the tracking and I the package has been in the China postal system since January 24 and has not moved according to the tracking #. I have contacted Beelink about this and received no response. I cannot understand why they cannot have their Amazon vendor ship the replacement…. After another week I will be contacting Amazon about this to fille a complaint on the warranty.Update 1/13/2025 – I was contacted by Beelink USA warehouse who has instructed me to send the product back to them for replacement – will update when I have received the replacement.Update 7 mo. 1/9/2025: I have now had this computer for 7 months. Though I received troubleshooting support via email – which helped (see below) I have now started having issues with the unit again. This does not seem to be AMD / Ryzen like earlier. The system has started to just stop and reboot now with no warning whatsoever. No indicators like before which showed relation with AMD graphics. And when this has happened with me sitting in front of it – I hear a groaning, then suddenly it locks up and reboots. The first few times I did not concern myself – but it has now started this more often.I contacted Beelink again, and they want me to send the PC into them to troubleshoot… well that means shipping to China which will cost $100 just to ship it over there… NO THANK YOU!!!With this experience I have lowered my star rating all the way down to 1 star. A warning to anyone who decides to purchase this or other Beelink products.Update 6 months – a few months ago I was having some lockups. The AMD tool would popup and I would report it. It is frustrating when there is a lockup. It seems as if it is video related more than anything. Reason being I have 2 monitors using the HDMI and a third monitor from the USB-C port using an expansion which has USB 3.0 and 4K video HDMI…. well the monitor attached to the USB-C device stayed on but the other 2 on the HDMI had kicked off.I receive and do updates when they come out.I have contacted Beelink and have not gotten any response about this…. It is too late to return of course I hope it does not worsen.Update 2 days of use – in the middle of the day the system just blacked out and rebooted – no warning – no updates. It came back up OK but this was similar to another comment.I opened the cover on the bottom to check connections – could not get to anything easily but everything seemed secure.I dropped one star because of this. I had read one other comment with similar – I’ll be watching closely.***I wanted a computer that would run on a 4k monitor/tv. This is awesome. The setup was very easy – plugged in the HDMI, power cord and my wireless USB receiver for keyboard and mouse. Windows 11 (PRO) booted right up and after connecting to wifi the system went looking for updates. I got them started and let it sit for a couple hours to complete the updates. I then started setting things up and am I impressed with the speed of this computer and… what I really wanted – the 4k video which I had plugged into a 4k Toshiba TV, and the screen is wonderful – after I did some tweaking with the TV settings. I do hope this does not go the direction a couple of others where it failed after a short time. So far after a couple days I am impressed. I am now working on making this my primary computer where I had a Dell Laptop with an i7 (which I have been satisfied with) This Ryzen 7 kicks the i7 in speed, and it is noticeable.
