Nice pot, good price
An very nice hot pot at a great price. Summary review: it’s lightweight, heats quickly, quiet and keeps water heated for 2 hours. Read on for more details. This pot is so simple to use with 2 buttons on the handle: Power and Temp. I really like the fact that this hot pot heats a slightly smaller amount of water than most, max water is 1.5L. For someone with achy joints but who enjoys green tea and other hot beverages this is the perfect hot pot. The best thing about this pot is the outside stays cool to the touch. Another great feature is this hotpot will keep your once heated water at that temperature for 2 hours, by automatically reheating the water when the temperature drops. It also looks nice on my counter top, however, I really thought about deducting a star for the very prominent, but unknown ‘branding name’ on the front of the pot. It doesn’t translate well, ‘quacks well’? I feel, for now, the other nice features outweighed the branding issue. I really appreciate that the sounds the pot emits are quiet and soft. The quiet sounds are important as members of my house work at varying hours, some members are still sleeping when I need to make hot water. Two weeks of daily and regular use and it works great! Overall I really like this hotpot, actually I like it much better than the previous one that I replaced with this one.

Arrived in very good time, very well packaged for protection, and is as described in the listing. So far it has proven to be an excellent smart water heating pot. The pot has numerous preset temperatures from boiling water through various tea steeping temperatures all the way down to a honey heating setting. All of which it does very quietly and quickly starting when you settle on the temperature you want with the temp select button. Once it reaches that temperature it goes into a temperature maintenance mode and will hold the contents at the chosen temperature automatically. Pushing the on-off button a second time shuts the whole process down and completely off. The outside of the pot is thermal plastic as is the handle and keeps all surfaces cool to the touch during operation. The inside of the pot is all stainless steel; no plastic comes in contact with the pot’s contents. The maximum content level is easy to see and the lid very easy to open with a light touch of the release button on its topside and easy to close with a light touch of the hand. The spout is an excellent design allowing for an easily controlled and splatter and spit free pour. I am impressed! This smart hot pot is about as good as you could hope as long as you need not more than 1-1/2 liters of hot water at any given time in my opinion.

I really do love this! It heats up quick, easy to use, quiet and worth the price. The settings on the kettle are really nice to have as well. It also re-heats the water for two hours and auto shuts off for all settings except the boil setting which is nice. And auto shuts off after 10 mins when not using. I’m giving it a 10/10

Almost perfect!
My old kettle died ☹️ and isn’t made anymore. I got this one for the “cool touch” and different temperature settings features. I am VERY pleased with this purchase! The cool touch to the outside is good – warm to the touch, but I won’t burn myself. The temperatures are a good range, and the “keep warm” works for all but boil (212*), which is fine. The spout is always open, different than my other one. This one seems a little louder, but that’s ok. Very easy to use once you get the hang of how to program. Heats up very quickly. I haven’t had to clean it yet, but the top opens quite wide, so shouldn’t be an issue. I asked and you can use vinegar and water to descale the inside.All in all very pleased, I would recommend this kettle.

I can’t stop using it.
I love this thing. First of all it boils water so fast. Secondly it keeps the water hot at the exact temperature that I need for my tea. I’m drinking so much more water because I’m drinking so much more herbal tea!! I don’t think this kettle gets to rest from the time I wake up.And I don’t just use it for making tea. I heat up water for mopping my floor. I heat up water for pouring down my sink drains to make sure they’re clear. I heat up water for sterilizing my cat fountains. I have found so many reasons for boiling water since I got this. Who knew there were so many occasions to boil water!It holds a lot of water but I seldom have occasions to fill it up. It’s very easy to clean and so far I haven’t had an issue with how well it works. It’s perfect. I can put the water in it turn around, get my cup down, put the tea in my little tea ball, and add the cream to my cup and at that point the water is ready for oolong. 195°F. Did I check it with my laser heat tool thing? Of course not. Did it make a great cup of tea? Yes yes it did. This is all that mattered to me.It doesn’t take up much space and it looks sleek and lovely on my countertop. And so far so good. So far I don’t clean it with anything scented because I don’t know if it will start smelling like that but there’s no particular metallic smell to it. Some of my other teapots have had that kind of metal smell and this one does not and I love that…Anyway it’s practically flawless. The only thing I don’t like about it is that there’s no way to wrap the cord around it when you’re not using it so it’s just sort of floating. That’s just me being nitpicky. This thing is great. You should totally get it.

Update, broken 2 months in.
Heats fast enough. Seems like good quality. Lid does not get in the way. Works well for a month now. Update, 2nd month, it is no longer working. Will not boil or stay on. It turns itself off randomly. Would not recommend.
