Large monitor, good image
So far great monitor. Mounting was a little tricky as 75×75 for a 34” widescreen was not what I have on the arm. I had to use stand offs to mount as the 100×100 hits the frame of the monitor. Big step up from 21” FHD. I have to sit farther back from the desk to not hurt my eyes.

Defective and shady return policy
Its dead. No screen, I thought its my graphic card or other components. I literally swapped and tested with other vga, but once I plugged into different monitor my desktop computer was not the problem. How can I get an exchange now? The return exchange is confusing, from one page it says it can be returned until January 2026, but my return policy window closed about 4 months ago, and I just purchased it not long before that. Look up the seller address, its in China. That’s just great. I was going to use my own money to return this defective monitor.
